Elision Announced to Offer vTiger Integration with DialShree

· CRM popup to show customer information within the DialShree window. The customer information will be fetched from the vTiger.
· Click to call functionality in the vTiger solution. It means agents can click on the lead to generate a call. This call will be generated by DialShree running in the background.
· Call center dialer widget in the vTiger. It means if an agent initiates a call using click to call feature in the vTiger, the system will show call center dialer widget in the vTiger. This widget gets fetched from the DialShree and provides fundamental call controls.
· If any information of the customer gets changed in any of the systems, the customer record in another system gets updated automatically.
