BA Insight Search for Workplace powered by Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services Available Immediately

BOSTON - July 17, 2020 - PRLog -- BA Insight today announced immediate availability of BAI Search for Workplace, a complete enterprise search solution built on Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services.  This solution, available either through BA Insight's Enterprise Search as a Cloud Service or deployed within a customer's environment, is the first of its kind, bringing the internet to enterprises for powerful search to help organizations get a return on information.

The components of BA Insight Search for Workplace are:

SmartHub, delivering the internet to the enterprise

·        Includes Natural Language Query, Bots, and Machine Learning-based recommendations for personalized information delivery.

ConnectivityHub, connecting to 70+ enterprise systems

·        A highly scalable platform upon which indexing connectors are built for enterprise systems to Azure Cognitive Search. It is also used by enterprises to develop their own connectors including systems such as Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Azure SQL Databases, along with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Box, File Shares, and more.

AutoClassifier, providing automated and intelligent meta tagging

·        It is integrated with Azure AI capabilities and uses text analytics, natural language processing and AI/machine learning to create metadata. Automatically generated metadata provides the detailed tagging and categorization of enterprise content required to deliver quality search results and experiences.

BA Insight Search for Workplace enables users to stop sifting for information and brings knowledge to the users, regardless of where the information is. Purpose-built applications allow it to plug-in directly where enterprise users work, making it available in applications like Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and Exchange/Outlook.
