Thomas shares, "Several counties in North Carolina with "stay at home" orders in place have agreed that moving companies are essential businesses." He continued, "As a family-owned business, our clients and we are taking precautions. Our clients have been afforded the opportunity to cancel or reschedule their moves. However, this is not an option for many. We are complying with our elected officials. For most of our jobs, we send a team of two employees to fulfill the contract. At no time are they at a gathering of 10, 50, or 100 people. We are doing our best to provide employment and honor our contracts while adhering to federal and state guidelines.
