Caronavirus disinfection by UVC from Nanoparticles

Recently, the proposal was made to use nanoparticles (NPs) that attach to Coronaviruses disrupting their structure using an IR light treatment to cause a structural change that stops the ability of the virus to survive and reproduce. See https://phys.org/
In contrast, simple QED induced UVC radiation in the blood stream from NPs will disinfect the Coronavirus within the body. How this is possible with NPs is explained by quantum mechanics as the Planck law denies atoms in NPs the heat capacity to conserve heat by an increase in temperature, and instead, simple QED conserves the heat by creating EM radiation in NPs.
The EM radiation is the consequence of the high surface-to-volume ratio of NPs that requires heat to be absorbed on the NP surface. Unable to conserve surface heat by an increase in temperature, simple QED creates standing EM waves moving inward from the NP surface. The Planck energy E of the standing wave is, E = hc/λ, where λ = 2nd, with n and d the refractive index and diameter of the NP. For silver having n = 1.32 at 254 nm, the diameter d = λ/2n ~ 100 nm. The FDA conduct single injection NP experiments on volunteers tested positive for Coronavirus to determine the minimum number of 100 nm NPs necessary for disinfection.
The minimum number of NPs in single injections is important as NPs emitting UVC can cross the blood-brain barrier and damage neurons and DNA. However, the brain damage from NP injections may not be a problem as the FDA has approved aluminum adjuvant NPs in vaccinations.
