Dedicated to honouring the brightest female minds around the world, the Databird Female Executive of the Year awards are held by Databird Business Journal. The awards were created to recognize the female executives who have shown outstanding leadership and significant contributions in their career. The criteria for consideration are tangible results and goals achieved. Haksonson was nominated for Top Small Business Female Executive and the Rising Star Award.

Winners, chosen by a jury made of creatives, business influencers, and journalists, will be announced March 12th, 2020,
