Benchmark International Facilitated the transaction of Four Colour Imports, LTD to Vivos Corp

TAMPA, Fla. - Oct. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Four Colour Imports, LTD of Louisville, KY has been acquired by Vivos Corp of Manassas, VA.  Four Colour is a non-traditional printing and sales service provider specializing in book and catalog print.

George Dick, CEO of Four Colour mentioned, "I engaged Benchmark International to help sell my business because I felt they had the buyer network and investment banking professionals needed to market my small, asset-lite business. This wasn't an easy proposition as many buyers did not understand the nature of my international print brokerage. Vivos Corp is a holding company with business assets in IT staffing, healthcare, distribution, logistics, and government services.
