Benchmark International Successfully Facilitd the Trans BT A.T. Parker Inc and Assessimus Group GmbH

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Oct. 2, 2025 - PRLog -- Benchmark International's California office announces the latest deal closing, with the acquisition of North Hollywood, CA-based A.T. Parker, Inc. (DBA Solar Electronics Company) by the German-based testing, inspection, certification, and R&D conglomerate Assessimus Group GmbH.

Solar Electronics Company, established in 1960, is an original equipment manufacturer for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing laboratories. Solar Electronics designs and manufactures, provides equipment repair and service, and performs calibration services for customers worldwide, serving markets in the government, aerospace, military, and automotive industries.

Assessimus Group is an international Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC services provider for a wide range of industries, including aerospace, infrastructure, security, energy, environmental, industrials, and civil drone technology, with a mission of sustainability at its core.
