Go Insurance named top ten in Canada

TORONTO - Sept. 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Edmonton firm Go Insurance has been named one of the best in Canada in the annual Top 10 Brokerages report released by Insurance Business Canada (IBC) magazine. The prestigious list recognizes the companies that have achieved significant growth in 2018.

Now in its sixth year, the Top 10 Brokerages report evaluates brokerages of all sizes on an even playing field using a 'handicap' method. To be considered for Top 10 Brokerages, a brokerage had to provide key details about its business in 2018 including revenue, policies written, number of brokers, number of clients and profit margin. Then, each brokerage was ranked according to 12 criteria.

Speaking to Insurance Business about their success over the past 12 months, Go Insurance vice-president Karen Hoflin highlighted the firm's ability to "actively embrace the evolution of change."

"With an eye on the future and an understanding of the importance of an omni-channel approach to accessibility for our clients, we launched live chat on our website, full accessibility of our customer portal and customer app, an upscale website and industry-leading customer payment portal integrated with our broker system, and our own premium finance system."
