Twice The Spice Caterers Named Official Caterer For North Dakota v. University of Delaware Football

PHILADELPHIA - Nov. 3, 2019 - PRLog -- The Delaware-based catering company, Twice The Spice Caterers, was chosen as the Official Caterer for North Dakota State University's Tailgate Party. The college football game, North Dakota State University (Bison) vs. University of Delaware (Blue Hens) kicked off on September 14, 2019 at the University of Delaware. Award Winning Executive Chef Stephanie Guidry, known as "Chef Steph G," is the owner of Twice The Spice Caterers. Her bid was chosen by the alum to serve guests at the college tailgate party that began at 9:30 a.m. Guests cooed over the "Burgers & Brats" themed buffet.

The organizer of the North Dakota State Tailgate Party, Alumni Mark Miller, made this recommendation in Facebook -

"[...]. Over 300 were [served] fed fresh off-the-grill burgers, brats, [bun length] hotdogs, & delicious sides. Chef Steph G. and her team epitomized great service and hard work for 4+ hours. [...] they easily adjusted as our attendance increased. The crowd praised compliments [...] about the meal and service [...]. If the Blue Hens host the Bison again, we'll be making only one call to [Twice The Spice Caterers]."

Guidry added when asked why she feels her company was selected. "Our chefs are diverse in their field and have more than 20 years in the industry, preparing local and global cuisine. I purchase seasonal local fresh ingredients because I care about the product that our clients consume. Our sought-after company is an excellent choice because we care to listen to what our client needs are, and go above and beyond, to not only achieve their needs but, surpass them. I believe we were the best choice, overall."

Guidry, previously selected for Food Network competition, is an avid organic urban farmer of 4 years and counting. She's a mentor, and is passionate about preparing and presenting some of the best food in the catering industry. She founded "The Hugging Initiative," Guidry's philanthropic arm that feeds those affected by natural disaster and homelessness. The Hugging Initiative seeks partners to host their 3rd Annual Youth and Teens Holiday Brunch, December 2019.
