-- In partnership with the Mid-Atlantic Carwash Association, Tiger Fuel Company and its ten All-American Car Wash locations participated in Wash to Save the Bay, a month-long fundraiser to make a difference in the health of the Chesapeake Bay. A $3,000 check was presented to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, which represents a portion of Tiger's car wash sales throughout the month of June. In six years, MCA members have donated more than $60,000 to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
President of Tiger Fuel, Gordon Sutton, is passionate about sustainability efforts and has recently partnered with the Charlottesville Climate Collaborative to reduce climate pollution in our community. "As an avid fisherman and outdoorsman, I believe it's important to restore the waters that we love. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is a national treasure and we can do our part locally to keep the water clean."
This is not the first investment that Tiger has made in going green. The petroleum product distributor recently installed solar panels at two of its Market locations, Preston Avenue and Ruckersville, to supply up to sixty percent of electricity at each facility. Tiger has also partnered with Green Gas to allow consumers to reverse their environmental impact at the gas pump with the option to donate towards reforestation efforts in the U.S.https://vimeo.com/349083669About Tiger Fuel Company –
