The Markets of Tiger Fuel Add The Chris Long Special to Sandwich Menu

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Sept. 27, 2019 - PRLog -- The Markets of Tiger Fuel Company have added a new sandwich to their menu, The Chris Long Special. Hand-selected by the Charlottesville native and retired NFL player, The Chris Long Special features rotisserie chicken, avocado, sprouts, tomato, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayonnaise on a brioche bun. $1 of each sandwich purchased will be donated to The Waterboys Initiative of The Chris Long Foundation to bring the gift of clean water to communities in need.

Tiger Fuel Company president Gordon Sutton said, "We're excited to introduce The Chris Long Special to The Markets. The sandwich will be available for sale at the convenience chain's four deli locations: The Market at Bellair, The Market at Mill Creek, The Market at Preston and The Market at Ruckersville beginning October 1. This is not the first sandwich to be named after a Charlottesville celebrity. The Markets recently introduced The Bronco Buster, hand-picked by Virginia Football's head coach Bronco Mendenhall. The sandwich features cracked pepper turkey, pepper jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and hot pepper relish on a 7-grain roll and is $1 off on Virginia football game days.

The Market at Preston will host a discounted gas sale on Monday, October 7 to celebrate the addition of The Chris Long Special to their menu. Regular unleaded gas will be discounted and samples of the sandwich will be available for customers.
