The round table discussion brought together industry experts and leaders in the field of learning and development from global firms to brainstorm the impact of analytics, AI and learner-centric pedagogy in L&D. Participants discussed the current state of the learning and development industry along with the challenges their organizations faced in terms of upskilling their workforce.
