Julie Dalton Joins Harbor Point at Centerville from HopeHealth

WALTHAM, Mass. - June 5, 2019 - PRLog -- After volunteering for HopeHealth, Julie Dalton was motivated to support their mission and raise funds for those with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and their families. Now, the Barnstable, Mass., resident is joining memory care community Harbor Point at Centerville (https://www.benchmarkseniorliving.com/senior-living/ma/centerville/harbor-point-at-centerville?utm_source=press-release&utm_medium=press-release&utm_campaign=comm-hpc-press-release-julie-dalton-may19) in Centerville, Mass., as director of community relations to further assist those with memory disorders and their loved ones.

During Dalton's over 30-year career, she worked  in advertising sales for Cape Cod and the South Shore's leading media organizations, including the Cape Cod Times, Cape Cod Life, Cape Cod Magazine, Cape & Plymouth Business and South Shore Living. In 2016, she joined HopeHealth as development officer for Hope Hospice and Hope Dementia & Alzheimer's Services. As manager of the HopeHealth Walk for Alzheimer's, she helped raise over $500,000 for essential educational and support services for local families.

Dalton earned a bachelor's degree in economics from SUNY College at Oneonta. Married with two children, she is an avid fisherman and enjoys sailing.
