Follow on Google News | Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd starts major refurbishment of its new south east officeAirborne Environmental Consultants Ltd (AEC), one of the UK's leading independent health, safety and environmental consultants and training providers have appointed MASC Construction to begin works on its new South East office in Essex.
The new office is set to accelerate the continuing success of the London team and the significantly larger facilities will ensure that the business can accommodate the growing demand of customers. The new building offers the business a potential four-fold growth capacity over the next five years which will support the company's South East expansion plan. AEC's business in the South East of the UK has grown on average year on year by 25% through the development of strong client relationships and an excellent reputation in the marketplace. The addition of new NHS and rail contracts to the business over the past 3 months, further strengthens our southern order book, reputation and demonstrates AEC's ability to support fast moving and responsive projects. Mandy Reid, AEC's Director, said: "It's an exciting time for AEC and we are delighted to start work on the new building. The new building is projected to open in October 2019 and will consist of: • Large open plan offices with internal administrative and management offices & facilities • UKAS accredited asbestos testing laboratory facilities • Two practical training rooms, including six laboratory training cabinets • Delegate break out area with kitchen facilities • Additional 55 parking spaces for staff and visitors • Close proximity to major travel routes and adjacent to the A12 in Mountnessing.
