PLYMOUTH, Mich. - March 6, 2019 - PRLog -- Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center (The Center) has announced the addition of three new members to its Board of Directors, including Patrick Curry of Fullerton Tool, Peter Hungerford of ADAC Automotive and Tim Reedy of Lear Corporation. They will fill the remaining vacancies on the Board left by Kevin Alder of Brighton NC, David Beemer of Terryberry and Bill Henderson of Aircraft Precision Products, whose term limits ended in 2018. The announcement was made by Mike Coast, President of The Center.

Curry is a leader in Michigan manufacturing. As President and Partner of Fullerton Tool and President and Owner of Endurance Carbide in Saginaw, Curry has generated significant impacts in sales, quality improvement and on-time delivery at his companies. Curry gives back to the manufacturing industry and local community through his service on a variety of Boards and Committees, including the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA), Great Lakes Manufacturing Association and the Saginaw Future. In the past, Curry was named Michigan Manufacturer of the Year in 2014 by the MMA and received the Michigan Economic Bright Spot award from Corp! Magazine.

A strong advocate for manufacturing, Hungerford works as Chief Operating Officer at ADAC Automotive in Grand Rapids. Hungerford has served ADAC for more than 19 years, holding leadership positions in sales, engineering and operations. Hungerford brings his passion for manufacturing into a number of other roles as well, serving on the Board of Directors for Vehicle Access System Technology (VAST) LLC, a single source global supplier of security/access control products for the motor vehicle industry, and the Minda-VAST Access Systems Board of Directors in India. Additionally, Hungerford is a member of The Center's West Michigan Manufacturers Council and is actively engaged in the Family Business Alliance.

Reedy brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will benefit the Board of Directors. With more than 20 years of automotive experience, Reedy has strong knowledge in areas including driving continuous improvement, managing change and leading operational and technical teams. Reedy applies these skills to his current position as General Manager of Leather Operations at Lear's Eagle Ottawa in Rochester Hills. Recently, Reedy's leadership skills were honored when he received the 2017 Toyota Achievement Award for Quality, Service & Delivery.

"We are pleased to welcome our new members to the Board," stated Pete Rosenkrands, Chairman of the Board. "Each will bring a unique and valuable perspective to our discussions. Along with their support for The Center and manufacturing as a whole, we are privileged to have such a well-rounded and experienced group of Board members."
