The conductor insulating sleeves help prevent inadvertent contact at the entry point while fully shrouded terminals deliver IP20 protection. Moulded parts are made from flame-retardant, non-hygroscopic, high dielectric strength phenolic material, making them a firm favourite amongst engineers.
