Versandra Kennebrew Elected Ardyss Toastmasters Club-Atlanta President 2018-2019

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. - June 12, 2018 - PRLog -- Last Saturday, members of Ardyss Toastmasters Club-Atlanta gathered in the meeting room of the College Park Branch Library to vote for its 2018-2019 executive committee. Of 37 nominations, uncontested President-Elect, Versandra Kennebrew received three of them. At the end of the election, Kennebrew left the meeting with a new title and another opportunity to demonstrate her leadership abilities.

As the 2016-2017 Vice President of Public Relations and 2017-2018 Vice President of Education, Versandra Kennebrew had the opportunity to personally experience the Toastmasters culture, education programs, and executive leadership training. She says "because of the Toastmaster High-Performance Leadership Program, I was inspired to also become a Landmark Worldwide Production Assistant and ultimately took on a 1-year commitment as a full-time AmeriCorps VISTA, building capacity at YELLS Inc., a Marietta non-profit serving underserved youth." Ardyss Toastmasters club members acknowledged her leadership excellence by honoring Kennebrew with the 2016 – 2017 Toastmaster of The Year Award.
