The stars of the brunch—besides Dad—include Shepherd's Pie; Sautéed Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes; Grilled Wild Salmon topped with a Basil Remoulade and Balsamic Reduction; Shrimp Cakes served with a Spicy and Sweet Tomato Chutney; Oven Roasted Potatoes; BBQ Black Beans and Baked Mighty Vine Tomatoes with a Parsley-Shallot-Bread Crumb-Parmesan Topping.

While Dad is always the number one grill master, let him feel indulged as someone else serves him sliced-to-order Prime New York Strip Steak. Made to order stations also include a Fresh Hot Waffle Station with Maple Syrup and an Omelet Station with a variety of fixings including peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, ham and spinach.
