Raising The Bar With SHElaw firm

ATLANTA - June 4, 2018 - PRLog -- The last year has been innovative and bustling at The Law Offices of Shequel Ross, LLC.

Shequel Ross is paving an untraditional path and not looking back at the days and ways of old. Unlike typical new law offices, still trying to find their way, this firm recently celebrated their one-year anniversary with major milestones achieved.

Operating from two locations, the firm has expanded their personnel to include their new human resources director, legal assistants, social media managers, staff videographer, interns, youth ambassadors and freelancers.  With their increased manpower the firm is smoothly managing their criminal, civil and business cases—keeping pace with larger firms. A notable case made history—in which a police officer was found guilty of misconduct and was later terminated. A win for the law firm and the community, this case made history and was chronicled by network news anchors.

Outside of the courtroom, the firm's leader has kicked off several one-of-a-kind initiatives including:

·       The Legal Education Movement—an audio visual learning tool developed by Attorney Ross to educate her social media audience on their civil rights, how to properly handle traffic stops, how to conduct themselves in the event of a negative police encounter, their rights as students, new marijuana laws and more. The SHElaw team produces real-to-life skits and participates in live Q&A sessions on social media

·       The School Impact 1000 Tour—Attorney Ross covered grades K-12 on a tour to impact students in the Metro Atlanta area, spreading messages on encouragement, the importance of education and inspiration toward upcoming standardized testing

·       The SHElaw firm Ambassadorship program—Launching in June, students were encouraged to apply via essay or video submission for two open summer ambassadorship slots. After a rigorous selection process, candidates will begin their hands-on experience

·       She also joined forces with hundreds of students, parents, grand parents and supporters at Grady High School's walkout demonstration in honor of the victims of the Florida school shooting tragedy

With the community always close to her heart, Attorney Ross and staff are busy, but they're finding justice effectively and with flair.
