The Ponty Chadha Foundation - One of the Best Social Service Organization in India

NOIDA, India - April 25, 2018 - PRLog -- The Ponty Chadha Foundation is a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) arm of The WAVE Group. It's one of the best Social Service Organization in India which believes in giving back and also empowering communities whether directly or indirectly connected to the WAVE group through its various CSR activities.

The Foundation was started by Mrs. Jatinder Kaur Chadha in memory of her late husband who was the Chairperson of the WAVE Group.

Through its vision, the foundation dreams to realize a vibrant and very empowered not forgetting self-sustaining communities. They dream for communities which are created where resources are shared equally among men, women, and children. Another vision of The Ponty Chadha foundation is to assist people to realize their full potential to actively take part in upgrading their social-economic development for a better living.

The Foundation, through its CSR activities, embarks on addressing social issues such as hunger and food security, education and training, community health living and various sports among children. The Foundation focuses on instilling skills training for the poor youth both in rural and urban areas.

This great Foundation has many programs which include The WAVE Skills Academy that is aimed at boosting the potentials of the youthful generation from the less privileged families. This endeavor is to impart training to such candidates hence nurturing special skills in them which enable them to competitively secure employment opportunities in the job market.

Another vital program that The Ponty Chadha Foundation embarks on is the health Camps. The importance of this program is to ensure that the community is healthy. This is achieved by the organization of Free Diagnostic Health Camps for the people living in rural areas. Through the partnership of Dr. Ram Saran, German Hospital, the Foundation has so far had at least 40 health camps which have reached at least 5,200 people.

The WAVE group has held various Food Collection Initiatives in their offices and partnering with others like Genesis School and NOIDA dedicates to fighting hunger. The Food Banking Network is also another partner whom The Ponty Chadha Foundation has partnered with in this other program (The Food Banking Network). All these are geared to ensure food security of the less privileged communities. To effect this, The Foundation has embarked on a voluntary important food staff distribution activity such as wheat, cookies, grains and energy biscuits to the communities below the poverty line in Ghaziabad and NOIDA.
