PISCATAWAY, N.J. - March 30, 2018 - PRLog -- Data Entry is a very basic but such an important services that serves the basic data needs of all digitization process. We are into the Big Data age were all small piece of information can be as vital for data enrichment and Data Analysis. We have served many different organizations around different verticals, in helping them get the data organized from simple data entry into their content management system to complex data analysis. To name few Data Entry process, we enter values from handwritten forms into client specific content management system or into Excel sheets as per requirement, we convert PDF files into any editable digital formats as per prerequisites, We do data research and extract required data and enter then into client CRM, We create editable forms, we can create eBooks for different devices, can work on HTML and xml conversion, Image processing and so on.

Project:-

We had digitized nearly 2 million hard copy pages into digital format in last 5 years for various clients from many different countries, one such project was digitizing around 1000 hard copy books into PDF into searchable format. The requirement was to remove the binding of the book which were all dated from 18th Century to 19th century and convert them to searchable PDF format and also a online application to search the PDF from the data repository and display the PDF with the text used while searching.

Challenges!

- 1000 book had nearly 300 thousand pages

- Client was looking for faster Turnaround

- Every single word available in the book should be allowed to search and all available instance of the text should pull out the corresponding PDF file, list them and display them.

 Solution:-

We remove the bounds, scanned the pages again using high resolution scanners, OCR ed the text, recreated the page as it replicates in the book, then we indexed the pages.

We also had a backend database created for them, where we had every single word in the books are stored and linked to the corresponding pages.

We completed the on time, much for the satisfaction of the client.
