"The Customer request was to Understand the email enquiries from the traders and based on their needs, post the equipment details on the online auction site.

I-Cons Technologies experts understand the process and they created a work flow by listing the enquiries received from traders and updated the same to the customer's backend database to go live.

The I-Cons Technologies team was 24/7/365 monitored all the emails to complete as and when they receive emails form traders. The entire sales of the equipment's are based on how soon the product is available and the products needs to match when the site users search for the products, else the sales will go down. Speed and accuracy is prime for this process, hence they chosen I-Cons Technologies.

The main objective of the process is to match people who are trying to sell specific piece of used equipment with people who want to buy that equipment. This becomes a market place for the Broker who has equipment information and the End-user to buy their needs.

Challenges

I-Cons Technologies team needs to setup a separate communication tunnel within the Onshore and the offshore offices for efficient data flow. Customer was willing to remove the entire onshore team within 20 days and in parallel I-Cons Technologies team has to setup everything and get trained within this period of time.

I-Cons Technologies team created separate Firewall protected tunnel to avoid data leakage and enhances security needs for the process. Every single email drops into the inbox will be logged in. Missing a single email leads a huge business loss. Content filtering was a key challenge due to large volume of emails Hence email chains read carefully and analysed by the team. Team keep on eye that not a piece of seller information is going in to the system else the buyer will directly contact the seller. To avoid all the circumstance, thee process requires

Customer was new for Outsourcing Model of work hence the biggest challenge was to gain the confidence with team.

How I-cons Technologies Solution Provided

After initial RFP, I-Cons Technologies set up high level conference meeting with the customer including everyone related to the process. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the best possible solution and decided to setup a separate Firewall Tunnel specifically for this process that only allows access to the backend tool and few other tools that are required for this process.

I-Cons Technologies offered the customer a free trial work as a pilot project for 15 days to see if everything works well for the customer. During course of work customer shown interest to come offshore and train the team after the trial period expired. I-Cons Technologies happy and dully agreed on that.

Team of 5 people was deployed immediately for the trial work and also started identifying potential people to fill the positions required for this 24/7 process to run without interruption. Backup VPN and ISP services was put in place and a separate server space of 2 Terra Byte was dedicated for this process as the traffic was predicted to be very large.

Free trial period was completed successfully. Upon the Customer satisfaction, Customer came to Offshore office to train the team for one week and monitored the team performance. Based on I-Cons Technologies team performance the Customer's Onshore team was removed and the process execution started from offshore.
