CarePICS awarded Digital Wound Management System agreement with Premier

RALEIGH, N.C. - March 21, 2018 - PRLog -- CarePICS, LLC has been awarded a group purchasing agreement for Digital Wound Management Systems with Premier. Effective March 1^st, 2018, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for CarePICS Remote Clinical Imagery System, Protocol Formulary Module, Photo Acquisition Module and VoIP Module.

CarePICS® permits HIPAA compliant patient screening and consults of wound and dermatology conditions. The solution uses an auto-calibrated measuring feature to expedite wound measurements greatly improving clinical accuracy. It also enables the acquisition and transmission of chart data and notes.

CarePICS® provides an innovative Protocol Formulary Module (PFM) to build enterprise-configurable protocols for specific wound care products addressing clinical and economic organizational goals. An integrated trending feature assists clinical decisions throughout healing cycles and provides closed-loop feedback for formulary efficacy.
