SEM Link Launches Its Spring Fundraising Campaign on Pi Day

ATLANTA - March 6, 2018 - PRLog -- Science, Engineering and Mathematics Link Inc. (SEM Link) is excited to announce  "It Is All About the Pi" Semi-Annual Fundraising Campaign launch on Wednesday, March 14th and ending on Friday, April 27th. The campaign kicks off on Pi Day, a day designated to commemorate mathematics. Mathematics is the discipline that connects all science, technology, engineering and mathematic (STEM) disciplines. In addition to the launch, SEM Link will celebrate Pi Day with a Pi Day edition of our World of Science Wednesday post (#WOSWednesday) post  and fun facts about Pi.  On the first day of the campaign we are asking individuals to make a minimum donation in increments and multiples of Pi ($3.14, $6.28, $9.42. $12.56, $15.70, $31.40, $62.80, $94.20, $125.60 etc.). Our supporters are welcome to share our Its All About the Pi campaign social media posts.  Share your photos with us of youth engaged in hands on STEM activities by tagging us and using the hashtags #ItsAllAboutthePi or #SEMLinkPi

Funds raised during this campaign will support SEM Link's programs; which provides youth with opportunities to engage in hands-on STEM activities, explore STEM careers and learn about real-world applications of STEM in their classrooms and communities. Activities include:

11th Annual STEM Career Fair on Saturday, April 15th in Atlanta
