Halifax OB/Gyn Associates Returns to Locally-Owned and Operated Corporation Structure

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - March 2, 2018 - PRLog -- Halifax OB/Gyn is pleased to announce it has returned to its original independent corporate status, having recently transitioned from being a part of a large corporation comprised of hundreds of obstetrics/gynecology practices.

The Daytona Beach-based practice has been operating under the larger corporation for the last seven years, however the original corporate status is effective again this month. Patients may be notified from the larger corporation that Halifax OB/Gyn is no longer contracted with its insurance plans, however Halifax OB/Gyn has been working diligently to negotiate new contracts with the majority of its insurance plans under its original corporation.
