Flagler OARS Pam Birtolo to Speak at Florida Behavioral Health Conference

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 18, 2024 - PRLog -- Pam Birtolo, CEO of Flagler Open Arms Recovery Services (OARS) and Discover and Recover St. Johns County (SJC), will be a featured speaker at the Florida Behavioral Health Conference, one of the largest gatherings of behavioral health professionals in the state. The conference will take place in Orlando, Florida, from August 21-23, 2024, bringing together experts and advocates dedicated to serving those in need.
