Flagler OARS Pam Birtolo Voted onto St. Johns County CoC Board of Directors

PALM COAST, Fla. - Sept. 15, 2024 - PRLog -- Flagler OARS is proud to announce that its Executive Director, Pam Birtolo, has been successfully voted onto the St. Johns County Continuum of Care (CoC) Board. With the CoC's extensive experience in the fight against homelessness, the organization welcomes Pam Birtolo as she brings her leadership and expertise to support their mission to prevent and end homelessness in St. Johns County.

Pam Birtolo has played a crucial role in establishing a well-functioning Recovery Community Organization (RCO) in Flagler County. Through her work with Flagler OARS and her leadership in the Discover & Recover program, Pam has helped build partnerships that provide vital assistance to residents in recovery from substance use disorder. We look forward to replicating this success in St. Johns County and fostering similar partnerships to support its residents.

As a new member of the CoC Board, Pam will participate in a Board Member Orientation to better understand her responsibilities and contributions in this role. The next Board meeting is scheduled as a virtual session on October 2 at 10:00 AM. "I'm committed to the St. Johns community and hope to be a valuable and successful addition to the CoC Board." Pam stated.
