LANSING, Mich. - Feb. 19, 2018 - PRLog -- Michigan-based Collective Development Inc. has been growing an audience with their biblical adventure series entitled The Quest Trilogy. All three films are being released by Bridgestone Multimedia Group into the worldwide marketplace. The quiet storm that is "Forty Nights" continues to enlightened and amaze audiences. DJ Perry stars as 'Jesus' suffering through his own journey of self-realization whereas he must overcome the thrice temptations of the Devil. This film was the ICFF 2017 'Most Inspirational Film' with nominations for Best score, film and lead actor for Rance Howard's version of the Devil.

The follow-up film "Chasing the Star" throws us back to the very beginning of the 'Jesus' story with the Magi receiving signs of the newborn Messiah. Can they overcome Herod's hate and their own shortcomings threatening to hinder their quest? The Devil has his own plan which unfolds slyly throughout the film. This film released Christmas 2017 in the US is now releasing to foreign territories.

All three films can be watched individually but together they possess a complex, intertwining storyline carefully crafted throughout the trilogy. Any questions one might have will likely be answered by watching all three. Part 3 is boldly entitled "The Christ Slayer," and while the title seems aggressive, audiences will discover a deeper more spiritual meaning behind the title. This last film combines scripture, biblical legend and history into a plausible and emotional end story of the Resurrection.

DJ Perry returns as 'Jesus' in the Nathaniel Nose directed "The Christ Slayer," focusing on the Messiah's last days following his Resurrection. Audiences eager to explore this period of Jesus' life won't have to wait for Mel Gibson's follow up. The film will start releasing to select theaters on the run up to Christmas 2018 and will release on wide home video heading into the Easter 2019 season.
