InfinityQS Announces Record-breaking Software Sales in 2017

Anchored by the launch of a revolutionary Quality Intelligence solution that aligns with the growing demand for enterprise quality management, strategic sales team drives 25.2% year-over-year growth in sales

FAIRFAX, Va. - Feb. 15, 2018 - PRLog -- InfinityQS® International, Inc. (InfinityQS), the global authority on data-driven enterprise quality, announces it saw a 25.2% total year-over-year growth in software sales in 2017—the highest annual software sales in the company's nearly 30-year history. InfinityQS attributes its record-breaking results to a strategically aligned sales department and the successful launch of Enact®, a first-of-its-kind Quality Intelligence solution already being piloted across the world by several Fortune 1000 manufacturers.

In 2017, InfinityQS also reported the following results:

•  The company's best first quarter to date with 26.5% year-over-year growth

•  Its all-time best third quarter with 23.3% year-over-year growth

•  And closing the company's single largest deal ever

These successes build upon the departmental reforms implemented beginning in 2016 and continuing through 2017 by InfinityQS' Head of Sales, John Hicks. With Hick's direction, InfinityQS eliminated geographic sales regions, narrowed down its pipeline of sales leads, realigned each representative's responsibilities to better serve prospects and current customers, and implemented the Miller Heiman Strategic Selling® and Conceptual Selling® methodology. Every sales representative also became certified Six Sigma green belts in order to better communicate with manufacturers and address their process improvement goals.

In the most impactful change, InfinityQS shifted its sales and marketing strategy to target the corporate level, rather than just responding to approaching manufacturers on a plant-by-plant basis. Anchored by the launch of the native-cloud solution, Enact, the company is now able to pursue six- and seven-figure enterprise-wide deals with cloud-based clients, instead of single-plant deployments. This aligns with the growing trend in the manufacturing industry—which is continuing in 2018—where more quality technology buying decisions are being made at the corporate level. Now, more organizations are realizing the benefits of centralizing and standardizing their quality systems, including scalability, consistent processes and product quality, and the ability to share information across plants and lines for global, continuous improvement.

Michael Lyle, President and CEO, InfinityQS, said, "Today's manufacturers are recognizing that technology is no longer an option, but a necessity, to thrive now and into the future. Cloud-based solutions will be ever critical as more quality professionals shift from overseeing production at a single site, to overseeing quality across the enterprise. It's a trend being driven in the C-suite, with executives seeing the benefits of elevating quality to the corporate level, leading to rapid response to potential issues, greater profits, and competitive advantages. At InfinityQS, we help clients implement this strategy to re-imagine quality, resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings. In turn, these multi-plant deployments have created significant sales opportunities, as we extend our solutions beyond single-plant implementations to enterprise-wide applications."

With Enact and the continued success of the sales team, InfinityQS is entering 2018 with its largest sales pipeline ever—a 22% year-over-year increase from 2017.
