TORINO, Italy - Jan. 20, 2018 - PRLog -- Xenialab, innovative enterprise specialized in Customer Care software, is releasing XCALLY MOTION V2: the new generation of full Omni Channel solution providing Voice, Email, SMS, WebChat, Fax and Social Media interactions for customer care.

XCALLY Motion V2 provides also the new Motion Bull predictive dialer, JScripty, an advance scripting tool and the Open Channel module: a full set of RESTful API to manage the integration with further channels, according to flexible and scalable methods.

XCALLY has also  been named a 2017 FrontRunner for Call Center by Software Advice, powered by Gartner Methodology*

Xenialab will talk about the new upcoming features in the next uncoming roadshows and events, starting on February at the ITEXPO in Fort Lauderdale (Florida) and moving to the Asterisk Community Conference in Johannesburg (South Africa) on March.

Chat Bots best practice and case studies will also be analysed during the Geek tech event hosted at the Polytechnic University of Turin Innovative Enterprises (Italy).
