BREA, Calif. - Dec. 13, 2017 - PRLog -- PharMedQuest, a healthcare management company, has made a strategic investment in helparound, and entered an agreement to co-market its patented mobile patient intelligence platform to specialty pharmaceutical companies and patient hubs.

PharMedQuest is working with helparound to enhance its clinical customer relationship management (CRM) solution, ACE™, which focuses on managing patients with complex diseases such as HIV and Hepatitis C. Through the partnership, PharMedQuest will leverage helparound's mobile intelligence platform to enable responsive patient interactions for improving patient compliance and overall outcomes.

Helparound works with patient marketing and support groups to maximize the impact of their patient services through mobile. Its platform applies a combination of deep behavioral insights and predictive data-driven algorithms to continuously learn, adapt and respond to patients' real life daily habits through their smartphones.
