The CEM510 offers scalable processor options including Intel® Xeon® E3 and 7th generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 with the Intel® CM238/QM175/HM175 chipset. The CEM510 offers rich features, with high graphical capabilities and design flexibility to help facilitate quick deployment. It is created to support a variety of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications, especially those with graphic-intensive requirements including automation control, medical imaging, digital signage and gaming.

The versatile and feature-rich CEM510 comes with multiple I/O connectors including three independent displays with one LVDS; three DDI ports for HDMI, DisplayPort and DVI; and one optional DDI port with VGA. The system-on-module is packed with I/Os, including four SATA-600 interfaces with RAID 0/1/5/10, one Gigabit LAN port with Intel® i219LM controller, four USB 3.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports and 4-IN/OUT DIO ports. It is expandable with one PCIe x16 slot and eight PCIe x1 slots, as well as LPC and SMB expansion buses. This system-on-module is equipped with dual 260-pin DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM slots for up to 32GB of system memory. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C to withstand harsh operating conditions. It is integrated with Intel® Gen 9 graphics and supported with DX12.0, OCL 2.0 and OGL 4.3 for excellent graphic performance with a resolution up to 4K (3840 x 2160 @ 30 Hz). The CEM510 is compatible with Windows® 10 and Linux operating systems and supports Axiomtek's exclusive AXView 2.0 software for smart device monitoring and remote management IoT applications. It also supports Trusted Platform Module (TPM 1.2) for efficient hardware-based data protection.
