What is a Bias Tee?

A bias tee is a 3-port device commonly used to introduce DC current into a bi-directional RF transmission line without detrimental effect to the RF path. A common application of the bias tee is to power a remotely located active antenna or low-noise amplifier. INSTOCK Wireless 1.5A high-current bias tees provide best-in-class electrical performance demonstrated by 0.15 dB insertion loss and 65 dB isolation (avg) from 10-4000 MHz.
