D'Queen Recently Releases New R&B Single

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 16, 2017 - PRLog -- The Florida-based R&B recording artist professionally known as, D'Queen recently released her debut single, "Broken Promises" and is already gathering in tons of outstanding reviews.

D'Queen always had an outstanding voice but it wasn't until recent that she decided to embark upon music on a professional basis.  With that decision came the release of her new single.

"To be honest my daughter and I were just playing around and wrote a song.  I was just doing it for fun and wanted my boyfriend to hear it and be proud that we made something nice and wouldn't listen to it.  My mother heard it and has been pushing me to do music ever since.  So here I am," she said.

This single that is produced by Percival Wallace is a song that she feels is easily relatable, as the meaning is in alignment with situations that nearly every adult has witnessed.  Nearly everyone has had promises made to them, only for them to be broken.  The disappointment, the hurt, and disbelief that is felt from a situation of the sort is what is strongly heard and felt in this song.

D'Queen is musically influenced by the likes of legendary artists such as: Brian McKnight, Whitney Houston, Usher, Monica, India Arie, Patti Labelle, Jesse Powell, Jon B, K.Michelle, Trina, Jagged Edge and Destiny's Child.

"Broken Promises" was released on October 28, 2017 and is the first single from her upcoming album, "Levels of Love".
