DURHAM, N.C. - Nov. 6, 2017 - PRLog -- Duke Law EDRM, the leading standards organization for the e-discovery market, announced today that EDRM will again sponsor E-Discovery Day, December 1, 2017.

E-Discovery Day (http://www.e-discoveryday.com/), initiated in 2015 by Exterro, is an industrywide initiative to promote e-discovery awareness and education. The one-day celebration will be filled with a variety of live events and webinar presentations on e-discovery trends, best practices and relevant topics. The education sessions bring together a diverse lineup of practitioners, technology experts, judges and thought leaders. All events are open to everyone at no charge.

"E-discovery is a fascinating and challenging discipline that demands ongoing education efforts," says George Socha, co-founder of EDRM. "Education is at the heart of everything we do at EDRM, so we were quick to engage with Exterro on the inaugural E-Discovery Day in 2015, and we look forward to it every year."

Mike Hamilton, director of marketing programs at Exterro, says, "We are excited to have EDRM and the Duke Law team contributing to E-Discovery Day 2017. The EDRM model is iconic in the industry, and new students of e-discovery continue to benefit from the education, events and guidelines created by the cross-disciplinary efforts of EDRM."

EDRM will sponsor and speak in a webinar on December 1, 2017:
