UPSL National Player Of The Week: OC Invicta FC's Paolo Cardozo

LOS ANGELES - Sept. 25, 2017 - PRLog -- OC Invicta FC midfielder Paolo Cardozo has been named UPSL National Player of the Week. A native of Montevideo, Uruguay, Cardozo scored twice in a 3-0 victory over San Diego Zest FC 2 in a Western Conference game on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017.

Cardozo started and played 90 minutes for OC Invicta FC (2-0-0 overall), which has opened the UPSL 2017 Pro Premier Division Western Conference season by outscoring opponents 12-0 thus far.

The UPSL's 2017 Spring Season Most Valuable Player, Cardozo joined OC Invicta FC on a transfer from L.A. Wolves FC where he led the team to the UPSL 2017 Spring Championship.

The UPSL National Player of the Week is selected each week of the regular season by members of the league and journalists covering the UPSL.

United Premier Soccer League
