Microsoft launches Dynamics 365, replaces Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX

MUMBAI, India - Nov. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Microsoft has launched the much awaited Microsoft Dynamics 365, as one-stop-solution for all Enterprise challenges. Microsoft Dynamics 365, combines all the features of its previous CRM and ERP offerings (Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX), as well as adds many more features, such as Office 365 and Power BI integration, machine learning algorithms, etc. Starting from November 1st, customers will not be able to purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics AX, but will be redirected to purchase the relevant apps of Dynamics 365.

Existing Dynamics CRM Online and Dynamics AX7 customers will get the option to upgrade to Dynamics 365 until their Renewal date, on the arrival of which, the licensing will automatically convert to that of Dynamics 365, should they choose to continue. After the upgrade, customers can continue using their existing modules, just as before, under the Dynamics 365 banner. On-premise customers using Dynamics CRM will be provided with easy migration tools soon, should they choose to migrate.
