Thanksgiving Weight Loss Program
Don't go into Thanksgiving this year without a plan to stay trim and burn off the access calories you'll be indulging in.

The package includes a full meal plan, 14 days of high intensity fat-burning workouts, and an assigned Personal Trainer who will communicate and encourage along the way.
Full Meal Plan: 3 meals per day listed with the caloric and macronutrient breakdown. We'll even give you some great tips on how to make normally unhealthy foods much more nutritious and keep them delicious.
14 Days of Workouts: We know you'll be eating a lot of food. We've designed these workouts to progress as you go. That doesn't mean the first one is easy though. Each one will be unique and challenging. At 40 minutes each, these workouts will have you burning fat like a wild fire.
Coaching: We know you'll have questions. No one ever really escapes that 5-year-old stage. That's while we'll assign you your own Personal Trainer to answer any and all questions you come up with. They'll keep you accountable and motivated through your 14 day plan.
