James F. Sheegog, Dr. Ken Graham, and Dave Masson will take lead roles in human capital strategy discussions along with expert regional speakers.  Collectively, Rowhill brings practical field leadership experience from multiple engagements in Europe, Africa, South America, Middle East, and Asiafor the energy sector since 2002.

James Sheegog is former Assistant Dean at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and Partner in charge of Global Organization Development at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  Ken Graham is former Director of Shell's EP Leadership Development in The Hague.  Dave Masson has years of reservoir-engineering experience in Shell's operating companies in Brunei, Oman, and Argentina.

With a track record in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, government, and R&D healthcare, Rowhill is a significant advisory player in the energy sector.
