Rowhill Consulting To Present Localization Survey Report at GLOBAL GETENERGY event May 17th

LONDON - May 10, 2016 - PRLog -- The 12^th Annual GetEnergy Global Event will be held in The Business Design Centre, May 16 & 17.  The theme of this years meeting is localisation of workforce in the Oil and Gas Energy Sector.  James Sheegog designed the survey for this year's conference to clarify the challenges in-country talent face as they become involved in technical and supply chain issues associated with exploration and production.  Rowhill's survey polls new trends in addressing the shift to local talent versus expatriated experts.  Dr. Ken Graham will present the report during the 2016 event.  This annual meeting is designed for Oil & Gas Ministries, IOC's, NOC's, and those involved in developing workforce talent.    Over 200 delegates will attend the event from government, academia, technical colleges, and major oil and gas companies.

Sheegog and Graham each hold a wealth of academic and industry knowledge.  Sheegog's experiences include 28 years of professional work in a variety of fields, while Graham holds a PhD in Business Strategy from Penn State University.  Both have spent decades advising the industry on change strategies and leadership capabilities.
