President of Rowhill Consulting Group Facilitates Experienced Leaders Academy at CohnReznick, LLP

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Over the past two months, James F. Sheegog, the founder of Rowhill Consulting Group facilitated CohnReznick, LLP's Experienced Leaders Program in Hartford, CN, Roseland, NJ, Bethesda, MD, and Charlotte, NC.  The leadership program is part of a custom-tailored leadership academy that reinforces leadership skills, communications, and business development.

Mr. Sheegog facilitates topics such as conflict management, goal-oriented employee discussions, change leadership, and leadership engagement skills.  The curriculum is practical and applied to current challenges faced by team leaders and supervisors within the firm.   Jim designed the course last year drawing on firm interviews and over 25 years of advisory work around the globe.

Mr. Sheegog is no stranger to tailoring leadership topics to specific business requirements. In 1996, as the Assistant Dean at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, he launched the Global Executive MBA program with international residencies in Munich, Prague, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, and Sao Paolo.

In 1999, as Chief Learning Officer at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Sheegog was responsible for global organization development, leadership development, and continuing education to over 28,000 of the firm's staff.

In 2003, Mr. Sheegog was asked by Royal Dutch Shell to refresh their global leadership development efforts for nearly 5,000 of their top managers in Africa, Asia, South America, and the Middle East Regions.

In 2005 he was asked to build an intensive six month development experience for senior managers at Gulfstream Aerospace as the company moved into a rapidly shifting global market.

In 2014, his firm developed Action-Based Leadership- a product that helps companies accelerate strategic results and culture while developing future leaders.
