Rowhill Consulting Group Launches Individual Coaching Product

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Aug. 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Rowhill Consulting Group announced it is making a highly successful individual leadership series available to its US-based clients starting September 1, 2016.  James F. Sheegog stated, "As international advisors dedicated to improving leadership capabilities, our My Coach™ product provides an immensely important assessment of leadership style and fit.  We have over 15 years of experience leveraging the My Coaching™ series elements in large commercial and government programs.  I'm delighted that we can now offer individuals this valuable learning experience in a more agile format.

Mr. Sheegog went on to explain that My Coaching™ is a highly customized learning series dedicated to the individual leader.  Over several months a dedicated coach works with an individual leader pursuing the following elements:

1- Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation of current leadership strengths and areas for growth.  A master coach uses a combination of interview questions and diagnostic tools.  The coach schedules private conferences to establish a thorough understanding of current leadership challenges and immediate areas for elevating skills.

2- Goal Planning: The next step is to create a specific leadership plan along with action steps. Action-oriented goals provide evidence of strengths and define progress over a short period of time.

3- Action Phase:  Leaders learn from challenging experiences on the job.  Expert coaches provide a context to understand and elevate the effectiveness of individual leadership styles.  With coaching support, leaders create action plans and follow up on skills applied to real life experiences.

4- Assessment of Progress: The achievement of short-term goals is assessed and the action plan is modified over time. Coaches provide feedback on how well an individual leadership style supports current mission and fits within the organization culture.
