Earlsmann and NCS Technology Install LED Lighting to Ensure Efficiency and Safety for Car Parks

The existing light fittings were replaced throughout the internal areas of the car parks using the Earlsmann Portsmouth, an anti-corrosive LED light fitting with a robust polycarbonate housing. This made them an ideal choice for tougher environments, and car parking areas in particular. Only when triggered by vehicle or pedestrian movement will the motion sensors rise to their 100% capacity, ensuring an additional and much needed level of security that car park users expect to see today. These intelligently designed sensors will return to their 20% pre-set dim level in order to fully maximise their efficiency when no movement is detected - keeping the area lit at all times.

Significant Energy Saving of 60% Achieved.

Working to current industry standards, Earlsmann's integrated LED lighting units replaced the existing fluorescent tubes, enhancing the lighting throughout the entire area. The efficiency of the LED units would also serve to fulfil the client's need for a projected 50% reduction in all future maintenance and running costs.

Marlow Globe & Preston Bulkhead Offers Elegance and Efficiency

The sophisticated, elegant and above all, incredibly efficient Marlow Globe which typically use 60% less energy than older LPS lighting, was used to replace the existing opaque globe fittings on the external columns. For the MSCP roof top parking areas, the'CREE XSPR Street' was more suited due to its excellent efficiency and wide range of lenseswhich allow for a broader spectrum of choice, uniformity and light levels, coupled with the refined Preston Bulkheadon the remaining perimeter walls.
