Careers With Purpose Summit 2016 launches

LONDON - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- A new international online summit is due to launch targeting a broad range of job seekers, career changers, managers and professionals 87% of whom, according to a global Gallup poll, are not engaged with work and are not happy as a result.

The event, running completely online, is for that 87% and anyone else who wants a career change or has recently lost their job.  It will also appeal to people who are content with their current role but want to enhance it by focusing more on their strengths at work.  A separate US-based Gallup study indicates that 22% of workers are more likely to be actively disengaged if the work they're doing focusses more on their weaknesses than their strengths.
