Stereo 8 to run restaurant week style menu for 8 weeks

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Sept. 6, 2016 - PRLog -- JAMES ISLAND, SC – Stereo 8 Restaurant is in its second year of business and gearing up to be a part of another GCRA Charleston Restaurant Week (September 7th-18th).  In a new twist, the restaurant will be running a 3 course special format for 8 weeks instead of just one.  The special will be offered during dinner service which starts at 4pm nightly.  Happy hour is also available from 4-7 Monday thru Friday including $1 Oysters and $5 menu items along with drink deals on most of the bar.  Chef Sean Diehl, formerly of Blue Fin in NYC, Vidalia in DC, and The Woodlands, will be creating the weekly rotation of dishes starting with the first release Wednesday, September 7th.  Stereo 8 also recently launched a new lunch menu that includes favorite brunch items and is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 4pm.  A new fall cocktails list and revised beer program will be rolling out towards the end of September to round off the updates.  Watch out for classic favorites and nostalgic draft offerings in the line up.
