TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Aug. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Educational startup MyStemKits.com has released their library of 3D-printable models for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) just in time for the new school year. Featuring nearly 100 kits and more added every day, they offer the most-comprehensive subscription library of curriculum-backed educational models on the market. Schools will no longer be printing simply trinkets in their classroom – these kits turn the school's 3D printer into the teacher's supply factory. Backed with vetted, standards-aligned curriculum written by a team of teachers and content-area experts based out of the Florida Center for Research in S.T.E.M., these kits create an end-to end solution for teachers.

The kits and curriculum are developed concurrently and each goes through an extensive vetting, testing, and piloting process to ensure the highest quality product is released. Additionally, each 3D model is designed specifically for 3D printing and has been prepared for printing on any of the over 60 types of 3D printers compatible with their system. The MyStemKits.com website has created designated print settings for each object for each type of printer so that users don't need to have a background in 3D printing to get a well-printed model, but still provides users the ability to dictate their own print settings and even scale the objects prior to printing.

They've currently released their enterprise pricing model, which allows for unlimited use for schools but plan to release smaller monthly subscription options as well as a pay-per-kit features designed to accommodate homeschoolers, camps and libraries. Co-Founder and 3D Modeler Hannah Olson states, "It's more than just the models – it's a supplemental curriculum for schools, and it's bringing a really high level of educational tools right into the teacher's hands, and that's really very cool." Their library features kits for all ages, kindergarten through high school and beyond.
