Samples Goes Mobile With New Food Truck

LONGMONT, Colo. - July 21, 2016 - PRLog -- With a weekly schedule and a menu perfectly tailored to relaxing in a brew-pub, they bring that quality and passion that patrons expect from Samples on the road.

Taking the idea of small bites and a variety of cuisines to the streets, the truck makes weekly stops at Grossen Bart on Wednesdays, Wibby on Thursdays, and Left Hand on Saturdays.  Mark Sample, owner and driving force behind Samples, has plans to tailor the specials to each brewery in the future.  "We want to be able to cater to each locations desires for specials, so having what we need to cook anything is essential.    We are going to tailor our menu to the breweries we go to and have things unique at each place we go.  The folks at Wibby Brewing are from Chicago and have requested an authentic Chicago Italian Beef.  We are doing our research and will be debuting on a Thursday at Wibby soon!"

This is only the beginning for Samples' mobile venture.  With the added benefit of the restaurant, the menu can be more accommodating and help the truck grow.  "The menu will continue to evolve and change.  We simply want the best food truck menu on the planet.   We also want to be pairing our food with the beer at the breweries we go to."

But Mark Sample has ensured that the restaurant is more than just great food paired with good beer.  He and his team have worked hard to support the community, especially those with special needs.  Under the umbrella of Sample Supports, they have done great work in helping those with IDD find job placement, both internally and within the community.  The truck is another great way for them to get the idea out there.  "The truck is an exciting way for us to provide community based jobs for our clients.  There is no better community based job than a food truck.  We are all over the community!"
