True Blue Cleaners Named One of America's Best Cleaners

ALBANY, N.Y. - July 14, 2016 - PRLog -- True Blue Cleaners of Southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston, Massachusetts has been selected as one of America's Best Cleaners (ABC).  ABC is a national organization that recognizes the best dry cleaning establishments in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond.  In order to be selected, True Blue Cleaners had to meet strict criteria.

To become an Affiliate of ABC, True Blue Cleaners was required to undergo an on-site inspection by certified ABC representatives to determine if the company met minimum requirements for cleanliness, client service, machinery equipment, stain removal and garment finishing quality.  As one of only about 30 cleaners certified by ABC for 2016, True Blue Cleaners will also be required to undergo monthly quality tests and quarterly mystery shopping reports, testing for customer service and quality as part of the most stringent certification in the dry cleaning industry.

Brian Meckel, True Blue Cleaners' President, said he sought to become an Affiliate of ABC because the organization has the same values as True Blue.  "ABC and the other Affiliates are all about offering excellence in service and communicating with customers," says Meckel.  "We are excited to partner with ABC to bring our business to the next level."

True Blue Cleaners' Vice President of Retail Stores, Maryna Schofield, said that the decision to become an Affiliate of ABC was clinched when she attended the group's semi-annual National Affiliate Meeting with Meckel in March 2016.  "Being part of ABC provides many of the resources that I need to train my staff to perfection, to ultimately serve our customers better," says Shofield.  "As an Affiliate, you're part of a group that has similar ideas and a space to share it.  You're part of something bigger."
