3 Excalibur Data Systems Consultants Selected To Present At 2016 Cherwell Software Global Conference

PITTSBURGH - June 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Excalibur Data Systems, one of the first Cherwell Software partners in the world today announced that three of their advisory consultants were selected to deliver presentations at the 2016 Cherwell Global Conference.

More than 700 Cherwell customers, partners, employees and industry experts will share experiences, insights, and the latest developments within IT Service Management (ITSM) and beyond from October 3-6 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Jeff Jones, a veteran of multiple ITSM toolsets, way too many programming languages, and an unhealthy amount of digital technology has spent 25+ years working with customers to improve their processes, integrate their data and code things into submission. Jones has worked with Cherwell since its earliest days on the market and is a Cherwell consultant and instructor. Jeff was selected for 2 sessions, Automating Cherwell User, Team and Team Membership Creation From Active Directory and Building Powerful Workflow Automation with Cherwell and PowerShell.

Jeff's presentations are scheduled for Mon, Oct. 3rd 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Wed, Oct. 5th 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM.

Mike Fuson is also a veteran of multiple ITSM toolsets. He has spent the past 20+ years working with customers to leverage their toolsets to improve their processes. He has worked with Cherwell Service Management since it's very early days. Fuson is a Cherwell consultant and instructor and possesses every certification Cherwell Software has available. Mike was selected to discuss Cherwell Portal and the Service Catalog.

Mike's presentation is scheduled for Mon, Oct. 3rd 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Robert Goguen is a consultant and President of Canadian Operations for Excalibur Data Systems. An IT veteran with 20 years of experience, Rob has dedicated half of his career to IT learning development and performance as both a senior technical trainer and lead instructional designer. Robert has extensive experience in ITSM, and has been involved in several core ITIL implementations. Rob was selected to discuss Building Powerful Workflow Automation with Cherwell and PowerShell.

Rob's presentation is scheduled for Wed, Oct. 5th 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM.
