Wooven Dry Cleaning Hosts America's Best Cleaners'TM Semi-Annual Meeting in Pompano Beach, FL

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - April 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Wooven Dry Cleaning recently co-hosted a three-day Affiliate Meeting in conjunction with America's Best Cleaners^TM (ABC).  The semi-annual meeting, held in Pompano Beach, allowed ABC's group of Affiliates to network and engage in discussions around best practices. "This meeting was a great opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other key players in the dry cleaning industry. To come away with knowledge that can be shared with my team is fantastic," says Elena Samofalova, Owner of Wooven Dry Cleaning.

Samofalova and her husband, Vladimir, opened Wooven Dry Cleaning in Pompano Beach in 2013.  The company's 8,000 square foot production facility was awarded the Grand Prize by American Drycleaner Magazine in their 2015 Plant Design Awards.

ABC and its Affiliates from across the US and Canada met Pompano Beach, FL for three days in early March.  The agenda for the meeting comprised presentations and discussions around industry and general best practices.  Presenters at the Affiliate Meeting included Nick Chapleau and James Christman of the new Starchup App as well as members of the ABC Executive Team.  The group also toured the plant and operations at Wooven Dry Cleaning.

Founded in 2000, ABC is the dry cleaning industry's leading independent certification organization.  Its stringent list of standards, which include regular and strenuous onsite inspections and testing, as well as surveys of retailers and clients and secret shopping reports, has resulted in an elite network of affiliates across the US.

Samofalova says that Wooven Dry Cleaning's business has benefitted from its Affiliation with ABC.  "These meetings give us a chance to share what we have learned in our own business, as well as take away what other professionals are doing in theirs," she says.  "The high caliber speakers ABC brings to the table enable us to stay up-to-date with the newest technologies and practices."
